About Us and Our Service Aims
We are a family business, started after I "discovered" new generation cloth nappies while expecting our second child. Our daughter had always worn premier disposables. We stuck with them even though they were often less than satisfactory. We did not realise how quickly cloth nappy systems had been developing around us!

While pregnant for the second time, I saw an article about a prefold nappy system in Mother and Baby magazine; I decided to buy some to use part time on the new baby - my intention being just to save some money. But after our son was born we discovered that the disposables just weren't working on him. Asking around this seems to be quite a common problem with boys! The prefolds worked great on him, but the wraps I had bought to go with them marked him terribly. Fortunately, I found that there were lots of others to choose from. The collection of nappies and wraps we bring you now is the result of many months research. Not all of our products are the most expensive on the market, but we think they are the best.

We've done the searching so you don't have to!

Here are some of the criteria we've used in our search for the best products:

Comfort. I've discovered that the wraps that feel softest to an adult are not necessarily the ones that will leave the least marks on your baby.

Performance. If you are washing cloth nappies you should not also have to be washing poo off babyclothes (as so often happens in disposables).

Hygiene. Where possible we have chosen products that can be washed at the highest temperatures.

We are committed to doing all we can to ensure you are entirely satisfied with the service we give you and the products we sell.

We aim:

To seek out and sell only the best performing and best quality products.

To provide speedy service. We understand that babies grow fast, and you want your order fast. Orders placed online or by telephone will normally be despatched First Class by the next working day. Orders by post will be despatched First Class when the cheque has cleared, or by the next working day if paying by Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card. On rare occasions despatch time may be extended (up to 7 working days), however our normal delivery standard remains same/next working day despatch.

To have a simple pricing policy. We do not have any hidden or complicated postage charges. All our prices are inclusive of First Class postage and packing - the price you see is the price you pay. (This is to the UK only).

Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, please return, unused and unwashed, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If you believe your goods to be faulty, please contact us and we will deal with the matter quickly. If a product is faulty, we will exchange the product or give you a full refund as appropriate.
