We are committed to doing all we can to ensure you are entirely satisfied with the service we give you and the products we sell.

We aim:

To seek out and sell only the best performing and best quality products.

To provide speedy service. We understand that babies grow fast, and you want your order fast. Orders placed online or by telephone will normally be despatched first class by the next working day. Orders by post will be despatched first class when the cheque has cleared, or by the next working day if paying by Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card. On rare occasions despatch time may be extended (up to 7 working days), however our normal delivery standard remains same/next working day despatch.

To have a simple pricing policy. We do not have any hidden or complicated postage charges. All our prices are inclusive of First Class postage and packing - the price you see is the price you pay. (This is to the UK only).

Returns
If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, please return, unused and unwashed, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. If you believe your goods to be faulty, please contact us and we will deal with the matter quickly. If a product is faulty, we will exchange the product or give you a full refund as appropriate.
